If a separate Hot Tub requires maintaining, there is an additional fee of $60 per month ($50 if no pool maintenance is required).
Call out fee- $25 an hour
We require an escrow deposit of $750 if we pay your utility bills, $250 if you pay
There are a number of services we offer at no charge to you namely: -

  • No admin charges (paying taxes and bills)
  • Processing payment of your utility bills
  • License renewal processing
  • Changing household Standard light bulbs
  • Monthly statement 
  • Visit the house at least 1-2 weekly and check it, as well as pre check in checks
  • Set home up for vacation rentals, soaps in bathrooms and first toilet rolls
  • Small Repairs i.e. jammed disposals, furniture & door handles loose, unblocked toilets, correct overflows on loo's and de-fluff the outside vents of dryers (ground Level)
  • Monthly check list – including law requirements (fire ext, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide, emergency light, along with 9 others created by us)
  • We are always there if you need us 

If you were to take up our services there would be a one off cost for re-keying your home, this is $60 (depending on number of locks). This is done as a security measure so no other person's will have any access to your property other than you and the company. Do you own a Florida home and require first class management services?

Service for homeowners that don’t rent there home out just use it for themselves when here

We re a full service management company who live on Florida Pines, we are offering a service called HOME SHUTDOWN to homeowners who only use the homes for themselves for vacation/short stays and family stays as follows; we close the house up and re-open to suit the homeowner look after the services for the property secure the home and act as point of contact for security services visit the home 1 or twice a week to check it minimize the house foot print when not in use to keep costs down Act as a point of contact for owner and services to the house be your eyes and ears on site We work on a retainer basis and service charge for any service done i.e. pool service Feel free to contact me direct if we can help you, remember we are a full service management company so are fully able to provide service and have done so for nearly 15 years here in Florida re on better business bureau and sun biz
